I love the wheelbarrow, but I am writing this review because of the exceptional after-sales service I received from GREAT CIRCLE MACHINERY. I needed a replacement part for something that I may well have been responsible for breaking in the first place after six months of use. It was a pleasure to business with them: no-questions asked; no-charge for the part or for shipping it; the courtesy and promptness of their communications with me; the updates with regard to my order; and the speed with which I received the part after my initial contact.
