When this arrived I was really impressed with how well it was packed into a very heavy cardboard box and all the padding inside the box protected it better than the shipping box used to protect it my desktop computer when that was shipped. The assembly was easy to do because there were few parts to put together. All the bolts and nuts are the same size so using the correct bolt and nut was a no-brainer. The parts are well made and everything fits together as it should. I charged it overnight and started using it the next day. It was very easy to use and I found the controls conveniently located on the handlebars. I even used the reverse gear that I didn't think I would use. The battery life was about 4 hours before it needed to be recharged so I only rated that with 4 stars. But recharging was simply plugging it into a wall outlet. I would buy this again and recommend this to a friend.
