Easy to Use: my feedback
Very easy to remove baked goods from these pans. I find them easier to put in the oven when I use a pizza pan or cookie sheet to balance them, but there is very little sticking to the bakeware. I have baked brownies, cornbread, and cobblers and have been quite impressed.
