Disclaimer: I ordered a half size larger than I normally would due to the fact my size would not arrive in time. I tend to be able to wear a half size bigger with minimal problems as I have wide feet but I could have probably worn a half size smaller. So, if you have the same issue I would probably error on the side of ordering a half size smaller not larger. In all fairness, it does say the item description to order half size smaller - I guess I missed that! The shoes themselves are very nice, well made and comfortable. (I ordered Navy size 9 usually wear 8.5)
