I like that they are very responsive when it comes to changes or questions you have about your website. They always respond quickly! The only thing I dislike is that sometimes there can be lag time between when an update goes live and when it's reflected on our site. It takes them awhile to get updates out. However, this is not something we've experienced often so far. Make sure to communicate well before any work begins. You want someone who will listen to what you need and make changes as needed! Our business has increased since having ExhibeA build us a new website.
