The team have extensive experience within this area therefore our project was delivered so quickly which allowed me (the client) access into my business before launch date had arrived! I wasn't happy at all by any means as there were small hiccups along way that needed attending but they worked hard through it - very professional approach throughout!! It's not always easy when you are paying an external agency such services can fall behind sometimes if your own skills or knowhow isn’t enough however i would definitely recommend their work from start till finish 100%. Our store has now doubled sales without having made additional overheads or expenses we've been able reduce cost per sale dramatically while maintaining high levels off traffic & conversion rates whilst increasing profits overall! There hasn&rsquo ;been little negative thing about what ive experienced thus far apart form minor problems like emails taking minutes rather than milliseconds etc.. However please do ensure prior communication occurs between both parties regarding expectations/delivery dates /costs involved ect... otherwise its difficult getting them back once launched due too time constraints!! If anyone wants top class shop management service look no further because these guys will deliver exactly whats expected plus more. ! A new life blood source being provided via monthly subscription system allowing us great flexibility around pricing structure enabling lower margins yet I've worked at multiple companies where we used exhibia as their main shopfront software - they are very responsive (and easy), good communication over email/phone etc., great support team! nothing really that stands out from my experience there so far but i'm sure it's just been one year since then ;-) not much more than this can be said about them other wise keep using!! excellent product & service provider overall! no issues here during our work together :).
