Boys really like this brand but I'm not very happy with the extra ingredients. Grain-free, soy-free, corn-free dog food is hard to afford because "good and wholesome" dog food is very expensive. I mix in other "good" dog foods and they are very happy with it. Yes, if the first ingredient is chicken, turkey, or beef, that's great, but cornmeal and other products used as FILLERS are unacceptable. Having years of experience in a meat processing plant, I know that chicken and turkey products ARE NOT OPTIONAL MEAT, and what it might look like when added as the "first ingredient" is nothing to brag about.
