Let me start by saying that I have bought this before with no problems. However, this bag made my dog so sick I thought I might lose him! Terrible bloody diarrhea almost immediately after eating that bag of food. Didn't know this was the reason as we have had this product before with no issues. As a precaution, I stopped feeding him and he started to get better. It's a shame we won't be buying this food again. I just can't risk another bad batch.

Boys really like this brand but I'm not very happy with the extra ingredients. Grain-free, soy-free, corn-free dog food is hard to afford because "good and wholesome" dog food is very expensive. I mix in other "good" dog foods and they are very happy with it. This is a good low fat dog food. My dogs usually love it. However, be careful. Like any dog food, it can go bad or moldy. About half the bag I bought from Revain was ruined. My dogs didn't eat it fast enough. If they liked it a bit more it would be gone, but it's not their favorite. Had to be supplemented with moisture to get them to eat. After two packs of this food my dog started to lose weight and develop health problems. I noticed that he was losing weight, was throwing up and had ulcers on his nose. We have 3 dogs and our German Shepherd is sensitive to chicken, beef and grain. It was the ONLY dog food that cleared his skin and stopped the itching.
