The frying pan is excellent. Although I can already bake minis (1/10 cup total capacity for each hole) with the Nordic Ware Bundt Charms pans and Nordic Ware Flowers Petits Fours pans I have, I needed this pan as well. These holes have a total capacity of about 1/12 cup (slightly less than Bundt Charms and Petits Fours). These indentations are deeper than the indentations in the other two shells. These indentations are about as deep as they are wide, so they're perfect for making muffins or pastries that you can fill with cherries, hazelnuts, or whatever. Bundt Charms and Petits Fours may be too small to fill with round items. Of course, the quality of Nordic Ware is here, like everyone else!
