Does what it says it does, and does it well.

Got a Vizio 5.1 soundbar for Christmas and I was faced with the problem of not getting Dolby digital through my TVs optical output. This device solved my problem. I was able to hook up my cable box and PS4 Pro to this switch, which sends a signal to the soundbar. Now I can game and watch HBO with digital surround sound. If you have multiple digital optical components and only one input on your soundbar or receiver, this is what you need.
