Thinly cut thermal underwear.

I bought these for my son who needed a thin base layer under an unlined wool uniform. The quality seemed good and it met all the requirements we were looking for. They can be a little smaller than the usual short men but not so much that you can go up in size unless you want them to be a bit looser or you tend to be between small and medium.
