Bought based on lots of good reviews but as total campervan newbies we were totally flabbergasted when we tried to hook it up for our first 'reset' experience - there was no way to plug it into the camper to connect and hold on! Luckily we also bought a 10ft extension and were able to figure out how to use it to complete the job. I remembered reading another review here about a missing o-ring and that was indeed our problem. Quick email to seller and they sent me a replacement straight away and now the drain hose works great! Be sure to check your hose when it arrives to make sure the o-ring isn't damaged, as this could be an accidental problem - don't wait until you're ready to visit the campsite to find out!
