Practically unusable

Despite the fact that it's a beautiful watch and I really like it, the battery drained pretty quickly but that's not the problem, the problem is that I took it to several jewelers to change it, no one could open it, it didn't have a pull tab to open the back of the watch so i basically bought a disposable watch.
