I've been using this for 3-4 years. It definitely makes my lashes longer and thicker. I used it every night for probably 3 months and then started using it every other night or every few nights. If I feel like my lashes aren't that long, I use them every night for about a week and then move on to the maintenance. I've never had skin irritation from it. It should be noted that your eyelashes may fall out in some places and look sparse, especially if you use them more often. No need to worry if they grow back. It just happens in your eyelash growth cycle. This becomes more pronounced as your lashes grow longer and thicker. Another thing that may not be for everyone is that my lashes are now growing out instead of curling. I just use an eyelash curler to lift them and they last all day. I don't even need mascara.
