My child just doesn't look like he would wear size 9 toddler shoes and these little ones probably won't fit him much longer. Was hoping to find some grippy socks that would fit him as they are getting harder and harder to find. However, I will say that they hold up really well on our slippery hardwood floors and the only reason I kept them is so they don't slip or fall off. There are lots and lots of grippy beads, while other socks don't have many areas to snag.
