Difficult to install

Follow instructions for horizontal installation. Once the screws are tight and you use the ball washer, it will wobble back and forth. I double checked that the bolts and nuts are tight. I had to put a support under part of the ball washer to keep it from swinging. The support is made of hard plastic and simply slides against the golf cart mount.
