I have a Ninja, a bullet and a masticating juicer. I wanted this because although the juicer works well I get no fiber which I need since I am on the Keto eating plan now. The Ninja does not break down leafy veggies enough and I don't want chunks in my juice. The bullet is only good for soft fruits. I thought this blender would grind up the leafy veggies to a smooth consistency while allowing me to retain all the fiber.The first thing I tried in this blender was just plain ole ice. I fugured if a blender can handle ice it can handle anything. BTW none of my other appliances gives me a smooth shaved ice. So, I put 14 ice cubes in this and, well. you can see from the video and picture I got snow! It was smooth - not a chunk to be found. This will be perfect to make shaved ice for the kids.Next, I put a bag full of kale in there. With the kale I did need to tamp it down, I guess because I filled it to the top. As I suspected, this blender smoothed it down to a liquid with no leafy chunks.I used the vacuum which is super easy. Just place it on top and hit the button. The vacuum takes 4 AA batteries that come included. You also get a long-handle spoon, some replacement rubber gaskets and 2 other things I have no idea what they are for because the directions are lacking (see picture).I read other reviews that say this is loud. They are not exagerating - it is very loud. It is also very big, but I should have realized that considering it can be commercially used. That leads me to the last thing. This baby has a 15 year warranty for home use. When a company has that much confidence in their product, then I have to have that much confidence in investing in it.
