This product is clearly used. The copper plating is scratched as hell as there was no "protective film" on the item when received which means. I paid for a new product but they sent me a used one. The seller was even kind enough to stick the sticker directly onto the copper plating which, once removed, left a sticky residue and further damaged the device. Well it's a joke. Oh, and to top it off, it doesn't even work. Go shop elsewhere.
