Is it worth the money to me?

I read countless reviews of it breaking, leaving bits of plastic in your food, breaking your jug etc before finally deciding to take a chance and buy it. for my birthday last year. I had a separate blender and food processor that were running low so I killed two birds with one stone and bought the $40 Ninja Pro and crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. I'm glad I did. . I've found this set incredibly handy for mixing sauces, salsa, and so on. I also use it for slicing various foods (mostly veggies like carrots, onions, celery, etc.). That's a big part of what I use it for and I do it several times a week and so far (in 7-8 months of regular use) it's been perfect. I've used a blender to make margaritas about 10 times so I can't speak with authority on this, but I will say the $40 chopper/processor is amazing and well worth the money.

Pros
  • Great choice
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than others
