Firm, but not tight
The boots seem very good, I like the option of replacing felt with rubber. My complaint is that they just don't hold tight. You may need to tie a spare knot to keep the flimsy clasp from slipping off. They didn't loosen enough to come off, but I've seen it happen when you walk through mud. This part is definitely disappointing, other than that I was under the impression that these are great boots.
Pros
- Fits perfectly. I wear size 10 shoes and ordered size 10 boots, they fit like a glove and am very happy with them.
Cons
- The boots are not fully waterproof and cannot prevent water from entering.
