Review on Eyekeeper Tortoise Frame Blue Light Filter Reading Glasses for Men and Women, Small Vintage Computer Screen Glare Blocking Digital Readers by Lori Christensen

The customer is king!

Things don't always go well, that's true, and that can happen to the best of us. Even a Six Sigma quality process can lead to failure. My glasses fit me perfectly. Lightweight, springy temples for comfort, nice case, tinted lenses and I could see through them clearly. Not a fashion trend, but I liked them! Upon closer inspection, however, I noticed a few problems. There was a noticeable film of oil on the goggles and a few spots on one lens where the tinted coating bubbled and was missing. However, my vision was unaffected, so I decided to keep it to myself. I later received an email from Revain asking for a review, so I went and wrote pretty much the same thing as above, with significantly fewer stars. The next day I was contacted by representatives of the company. They were very concerned that I had received a defect and offered to return the full amount within 3 days. I replied and said I would accept a refund but I would have preferred a replacement with no defects. The immediate answer was yes, with the proviso that a replacement pair would be sent overseas and could take weeks. I said ok and a week later my replacement arrived with additional supporting evidence inside. I am very satisfied and most impressed with the excellent customer service. Things don't always run smoothly, but when the customer is king, mistakes are quickly forgotten. I would recommend these glasses and have worked with Wenzou Optical.
