LEDs do not work

Speaker connections very loose. Took another reviewer's advice and soldered them. I connected the LED bulb to a 12V source but they didn't work. Double checked power and connections, still not working. Read other reviews and many had the same issue. I will be back for a new pair. It's okay, but that was one of the reasons I bought them and manufacturers should support their product.
