Hey all! This watch was acquired from a Samsung store in Gum, Hong Kong, where I currently reside. After being worn for a few days, a flaw in the watch was discovered; either the screen did not light up at all, or it did so momentarily before going dark again. Additionally, the notification feature on the watch itself did not function properly. Although there was a flaw in the watch, the SC assured me on each occasion that everything was operating OK, despite the fact that there was a problem. My request to make an exchange or receive a refund was denied, and the reason given was an inspection that did not uncover a flaw, which is not surprising. In general, after witnessing the manner in which this organization treats their clients, I do not wish to have any sort of personal relationship with them. You should be prepared for the fact that Samsung will not assist you in the event that you experience a detailed problem. Instead, you will be left with products that have a defect; however, I cannot rule out the possibility that this will also be the case with other products.
