Review on Web Call Server 5 by Napoleon Robbie

This software is easy to install, works great! It's been so efficient for our business that we no longer need an answering service or live receptionist (it allows us to have those services in house).

The only thing I would suggest improving upon this product was its customer support. We needed some training when it came time to implement but they were very helpful! Very pleased with how well this has worked out. And now my team can pick up where i left off while taking calls from clients without me having to be there physically.
