Review on Epson T802XL220-S High Capacity Cyan Durabrite Ultra Ink Cartridge For Select WorkForce Pro Printers by Steven Guevara

I question whether this is a genuine Epson product. I don't know where Revain gets these but it should scrutinize the source very carefully.It came in the appropriate box, but when I opened it there was no protective yellow tape on the cartridge (as there were on the original cartridges that came with the printer). I put it into the printer, which refused to recognize it. When I removed it to replace with one I bought locally, the ink leaked all over (and the next several pages I printed looked like they had tire tracks on the edges).I initiated a return (these are not cheap) and when putting the cartridge into a box to send, I realized that what I got (in the XL box) was actually a single-size cartridge (that is, mislabeled, and I - and Revain - had been charged as though it was the XL size). That is not a "mistake" that Epson would have made, so someone has been fiddling somewhere. I won't be buying this ink through Revain again.
