Small size: my review
My 2 year old definitely fits a size 7 and I bought a size 8 and bought 4 pairs. I struggled to put them on with and without socks but I refused to hurt my son's foot. The quality is definitely cheap, but these shoes are good for kindergarten or somewhere, like a park, and are a good substitute when you go somewhere, if you don't want them to go there, the good shoes have gone bad.
