This lighter fits me very well. The flame is nice and stable. When I first used it the flame was 3-4 inches long. You can adjust this using the standard adjuster on the filler hole on the bottom of the lighter. The first time I flipped it wrong, it turned into a mini flamethrower with a 6-8 inch long flame. The second try worked better, I held the flame for about an inch or two and it lasts a decent amount of time. However, it's important to note that this is a very thin lighter, being the same diameter and length as a cigarette, so it doesn't hold a ton of fuel. It's good to have a can of butane handy. but I have to consider, without playing with it, that you can easily light half a pack of cigarettes, if not a whole pack, at a gas station. If you're using it for something else I think it's a good, stable flame, but you'll find it dies out quickly. Also included was a spare flint and spare wheel assembly.
