spent an hour on the phone with someone who was clearly unfamiliar with the product when I got through the 'easy method' install. Worse, they never addressed my issue or followed up on my discussion, more of a robotic discussion obviously for a support sheet. When I spoke to their boss, they felt better, but they still didn't address my issue. I ended up writing to the corporate department and a day later I got a call and an email from a support person but it was Christmas time and I was losing patience. Strangely, about 2 weeks ago I received an email from Netgear with customer reviews that I found funny. Too bad I really need this product and have heard good reviews.
