The best part of this software is that it has all the features you need to run your business smoothly. It's easy to use and allows you to keep track of all your customers and their orders. I do not like how sometimes there are glitches. Sometimes when I click on an item or customer I get an error message that says something along the lines of "there was a problem with the website". This happens quite often so I have to constantly go back into the system to find where I left off. If you're looking for a great way to manage your store, this is the one to use! We've been using this software for over 2 years now and it has served us well. It helps us keep track of who has ordered what and when they want to receive it.
