Update: Changed from 2 to 4 stars due to great customer service! We bought it for our family trip to South Carolina, Florida and Georgia. We have just returned and while the stroller served its purpose it definitely has flaws. Cons: 1. Our 20 lb pup liked to sit in the back of the stroller. The stroller is not very stable and actually tipped over backwards with our pup inside! Luckily she was fine.2. The front wheels lock constantly and do not rotate easily, which sometimes makes it difficult to push.3. The basket below was of poor quality. It kept falling. The front is simply attached and the back is attached to the stem with 2 snaps. We had our pup's water bottle and baby wipes and they kept falling off. I like the way the back opens but the zipper doesn't stop. So if you open the zipper all the way, everything will open, and then you need to close the zipper like a jacket.5. The straps inside should point backwards. Our puppy was able to jump out of the stroller by buckling up. Pros: 1. It was spacious enough for our 20 lb terrier pup. It was easy to fold.3. The coasters came in handy.
