Review on Q Dispatch by Bryan Gallardo

I like the ease of use. It's a simple system to use and it has features I can not find anywhere else. There are a lot of different features that I can use to streamline my business. I also like how it can be used with multiple vendors. It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. I haven't used another program like this but I think it would be difficult to find another program like this that is as powerful and easy to use. I am solving the problem of time management and getting more booked appointments. I love that it is easy to use for both customers and employees. You can easily add appointments, track your schedule, send reminders, etc. It also allows you to upload pictures of your equipment so if there are any issues with repairs or service, they will see what needs fixed. There isn't much at this time but maybe more features could be added in future updates? We have been able to increase our customer satisfaction by over 20% just because we have such great communication through this app!
