Good concept, not so design

I really like the design concept of the extension cord, but it has one major disadvantage. The small, or rather tiny, rubber bumpers on the underside of the top case aren't enough to prevent it from moving at the slightest touch. I clean my brand new desk and make sure the rubber feet are clean. Checked that nothing is in the way, and another little touch (power on or off, USB cable plugged in or unplugged) and everything moves from side to side on the table. Forget about plugging or unplugging the power cord with one hand, it won't happen. Every movement of these power cords and this device begins to simply mix the truffles from side to side. As you can see in my picture I decided to try this option. I use HVAC strapping to secure the back to my desk. Yes, that means holes in my new desk, but it means it's firmly in place now. Now I don't have to use two hands to connect or disconnect anything. Maybe not the most attractive way to do it, maybe a 3D printed strap would look nice but I don't have one yet. I tried to find another metal strap but none of them fit this size. The seller contacted me to see if I liked it. I responded by telling them about it and they either didn't receive the email or ignored it. I received another email asking me to leave a review or contact them. Since the first time failed, I'll leave this review here. This design is a good start but needs improvement. The outlets are too close together to fit more than one regular plug. Something like a DC-DC converter (think cell phone charger) occupies two or more outlets. If I have to use all six with something like a DC/DC converter, I have to use a short extension cord. Also the on/off switch on it is a bit odd as it is very thin and streamlined but so flat that I was almost not sure which side was on and which was not. It's not a bad design as it's so flat that the switch wouldn't hurt if something was on top. I have yet to try USB C, but the USB A ports worked great for charging. my mouse. I haven't tried my phone or tablet yet. I really wanted this to be the perfect solution for my desk and was very happy to get it. How many times can you say you're happy with the outlet? Strapless movement is why I stopped at 1 star and 1 start for their support which didn't answer me was another star distance. UPDATE: The seller contacted me and made me an offer to get it right. I appreciate your efforts in working with buyers. I give 1 star for this informative work!
