I like how easy it was to set up for our organization, and that we didn't need additional support from Oracle after initial setup.

We have been able to create multiple dashboards using different views of data within Reporting Workbench, which has allowed us to easily see trends and changes over time. The reporting workbench interface can be slow at times, so if you are looking for faster performance then this may not be your best option. Also, there isn't much customization available when creating custom views or dash boards, but reporting out of the box works great! Customizing reports by pulling specific information into them through queries and filters, as well as adding charts and graphs.
