The seller is not at all sure about the suitability of this light kit. It doesn't fit the trailer light receiver that most of us have on trucks, cars, and SUVs. It corresponds to the equipment of many motorhomes. That shouldn't stop you from buying this set. This is the best quality I know. Just go to your local auto parts store and buy a plug that fits your car's outlet. The colors of the wires are not that important since the stub is not standardized, but this is done in some common configurations. The sheet included with the light lists the wire colors used for each circuit. Linkatom used the following: red for brake, green for right turn signal, white for ground, yellow for left turn signal, and black for license plate/stroke. Plug in an auto parts store's plug into these circuit functions to match your car's signals and you've got a great set of lights. A fairly common pattern is shown in a freehand sketch.
