I did everything per instructions but over 3/4 of my badges are being bent flat when applying the backing.(This is their 1 1/4" machine which is no longer listed on Revain!)I do note the area that is not crimped properly is always the same area so this would imply the die has a defect. I even examined the badge after step one and the left and top die DO crimp correctly. It is when applying the backing the dies fold flat the top edge, ALWAYS THE TOP EDGE of the badge. I have tried very light paper with no difference.I am hoping the manufacturer steps up and replaces the dies as it seems clear there is either a defect or alignment problem with them. The few badges that came out OK look very nice, but I cannot afford to throw away 80% of my materials, not to mention the time to make them. I will return this if I do not get prompt support!
