This is my fault. I haven't researched where they are made. The price showed the best quality. I don't usually buy things from China as I'm usually very disappointed with the quality and workmanship. However, this device makes a pretty strong impression. Not enough to change my mind about Chinese products. Of course I live in a small apartment (2 bedrooms) so it doesn't take much time to move the air. But this thing does it differently. I can feel all the air moving in the public areas. I have never spent so much on a fan. And most likely never will be again. But I don't regret the purchase. If you're lucky, it will last for many years. It seems strong and durable. Unfortunately, the blade is made of plastic. The rest reminds me of American products from the 1950s. Heavy, well made and stylish. Would give five stars but the blade is plastic. Why bother building a good product just to blow it on a plastic knife? Disappointment. So if you need an air motor and can afford it, this is a good option for home use.
