excellent replacement for remote control. It was a bit scary because the description warned very clearly that you have to make sure the pins are oriented exactly as they were on the old remote or it won't work. We had to buy one because our old remote was gone (thanks to the 1 year old that was wandering around our house. We're guessing it got washed away or thrown away. Um). Not having the old remote we figured we'd never get the chance to get the configuration right, but this time luck was on our side and it matched perfectly straight away. has a long range, good battery life, is nice and thin and can be mounted directly on the wall (where it no longer moves and is out of reach for small hands)
