Review on CYDEF Cybersecurity Services by James Roper

They were very professional, knowledgeable & honest in our quest to find good cybersecurity services for an emerging startup from scratch with little resources (we have none). The team was great at communicating issues we had along their discovery process! Honestly - they are one of my favorite companies I've worked alongside so far because not only do you get what it is that matters but also know how important each piece really means within your organization's security infrastructure. We found them through Google search as well which can be risky when finding trustworthy partners online - however this experience has been amazing overall. Their expertise around Security Operations Center / SIEM products is something other vendors don't even come close too. The best part about Cydef is that it's free, easy to use, has excellent customer support via live chat/email etc. It also offers great training resources for customers who want more advanced knowledge of their products (i've used them). I have nothing bad to say or report in terms of this product! We are using cydef as an incident response tool which helps us quickly identify threats from our network by searching within specific categories such as viruses, trojans, worms etc.
