I work from home and use this headset to make calls. The sound quality from my end is perfect and I find the headset very comfortable. I want to rate this 5 stars but I can't because the problem I'm having maybe someone can help with this headset the person on the other end of the phone call hears everything they say to me makes it difficult with that keep talking to me I've tried with and without the mic stick and the same problem. If I cover the microphone with my hand, it stops. I can't continue because I'm typing while I'm talking. Any suggestions? If not, I'll have to send them back. UPDATE: I contacted the company, they sent me a replacement and it works great! I have updated my star rating to 5 stars. Great headset and the company supports their products as they should.
