Review on 🚽 Swiss Madison Glossy SM WT450 Toilet by Johnny Nguyen

I have installed Geberit and Toto wall-hung toilets in the past. To save some money, this time I chose Swiss Madison. I think the building and installation process is very similar and roughly or partially the same in terms of what it takes to plug it in and bang it on the wall. Unfortunately, when we first turned on the water, we found that the float valve assembly was defective. << Original post: I'm hoping to work with Swiss Madison to get a replacement part, but based on some of the feedback here - - I'm not optimistic. I'll continue this review if/because Swiss Madison helps me get it right. >> Update: WOW, they did their best! I told them the part was broken and they sent me a new inflation valve parts kit. THEN I accidentally realized they had my old address and sent the parts there. So I let them know and a day later I got another bag of parts that were shipped to my new home overnight. I was not charged for the second spare parts package even though it was my fault! Incredible customer service. Replacing the part was very easy and took about 4-5 minutes. I suspect the problem was not primarily with their product, but rather that the carrier flipped things. It's been installed since June, washes well, doesn't leak, is very quiet and looks modern.
