Review on VIKYLIN by Robert Larris

My recent VIKYLIN experience has taught me a lot about controlling expectations. Despite what their website claims, there is a limited variety of electronics, camera and photo equipment, and video surveillance equipment available. Their customer support is subpar, and their product selection is dated. I contacted them with a query, and I got an automated response that didn't address it. It was obvious that their customer support representatives were not eager to assist me in finding a resolution. Shipping was another difficulty. The delivery of my purchase took much longer than I had anticipated, and VIKYLIN made no attempt to let me know why. In the end, VIKYLIN served as a lesson in the value of doing your homework before making a buy. Don't fall for glitzy websites and claims of fantastic goods. Spend some time reading evaluations and researching the company's standing. You'll save yourself a ton of regret and annoyance in the long run, I promise.
