I like that we can easily build complex forms using this tool. It's easy to set up forms for any of our different business processes. It would be nice if there was an option to save your data with each form you add or edit instead of having them all saved in one folder when completed. Make sure you give it a try before committing to production. We are solving our issue of having all of our forms in one place, so we can easily access them from anywhere. The ability to link different types of forms together makes it easy to track customer journey throughout their experience with us.
