Ready to buy my fourth 30 pack here at Revain. Why does the Clorox Wand system cost more than a regular toilet brush? I will list five main reasons. They are disposable. No toilet germs sit or brew in a plastic container.2. They strike. There is a lot of cleaning liquid in a small sponge. Your toilet will definitely be clean.3. It reaches places your toilet brush can't. For example: under the rim of the toilet seat and in grooves that can usually become discolored. Number three makes it stand out by itself.4. The unique factor is great if you have a family member who has bladder cancer and is therefore undergoing bladder chemo (my mom). It is poisonous. And you don't have to worry about a toxic toilet brush lying around.5. This eliminates the need for Ajax and other cleaning supplies that often spill over bathroom floors and carpets. Gotchas: 1. Expenses. Consider the cost of cleaning supplies and new brushes. It will probably be higher. But the convenience sometimes outweighs the cost.2. The system cuff falls into the toilet bowl and is therefore not sterile. I clean it thoroughly with a disinfecting wipe and/or under the sink before putting it back in the bin/station.
