It's awesome! They make cleaning the toilet so much easier! They have a pleasant smell, although you'll definitely notice the bleach (which I think is a good thing) so you know things are actually getting clean, not just looking clean. My wife even started using them in the shower because they wash away soap residue very quickly.

Sorry. some TMI (too much information). Hotel toilets in Europe don't have much water, and many of these hotels don't have toilet brushes either. So how do you "clean" the toilet when the local food doesn't suit you? The Clorox toilet stick is just a straight plastic stick so it's easy to slip into luggage and these little replacement heads pop out at the push of a button so you don't have to touch the replacement head after use. Think about it.

I wish I didn't have to clean toilets but as long as I have to I will use them. And you know what? This works great if you buy an extra handle or two and use it to clean shower tiles. I am full of arthritis and tile cleaning is easier with a spare pen and these fillers. (I use the filler separately in my hand to clean sinks.)
