The sensor was easy to install and appears to be accurate. I just installed mine a few months ago while tweaking the new motor. Several months passed, but the actual miles were very small. At the same time, the sensor has recently stopped giving readings, the arrow is stuck. Touching it moves the needle. A little more research and I found out that the faceplate with the glass surface touches the needle and prevents it from moving. Some pushing in on the bottom of the bezel and out on the top of the bezel solved the problem, but this appears to be a short-term fix at best. So I'm concerned that I'll be able to provide years of service with this thing.
