It just sprays water all over the place
I'm used to a tongue scraper. and it cannot induce a gag reflex to clean the back of the tongue. It doesn't clear my tongue at all. The tongue scraper is still needed after use. On the other hand, if you want a lot of water to come out of your mouth, this is the product for you.
