I also got a nice chrome shower arm from a Chinese website for about $9, plus a really nice chrome/brass knob to turn the shower on and off independently, plus a hose that goes to the sprayer that's next to the Toilet sits and can also double as a bidet spray (the control also came from a Chinese site and I have not seen this anywhere else).
