Worked great on my wife's 2002 Suburban with my 2001 Chevy Tahoe Start programming which took about 45 seconds which could be happier. If you don't know how to program, here is a quick overview while sitting in a truck with the door closed. You toggle the key on and off, then let go of the unlock button and the truck should let you know it's ready to pair your key when you hear the locks toggle on and off. At this point, press and hold the release lock on the key fob until you hear the truck locks toggle on and off. You do the first one until you don't need to program anymore, just toggle the key on and off and you're good to go. Hope that helps
