The most important thing about this part is that it is complete. The assembly includes a water valve and a flush valve. The description of the device made me think about what is included in the product. The only thing you need to know is that the tabs that attach the bottom of the toilet to the bowl are pretty tight as they should be, if you turn the unit upside down the tabs will be visible from underneath. With a long screwdriver you can gently press on the tabs until you can turn the bowl towards the base. Another point is that the two pieces may not line up after you put them together. Make sure the two pieces are aligned by looking inside the bowl before inserting the screws that hold the two pieces together permanently. It only took twenty minutes from start to finish and it works great.
