Worked great for cable routing for my solar panel. I wanted to run my cables through the wall instead of the roof and I didn't know how well that would work so I was a little nervous about drilling the hole. However there is a channel inside the inlet fitting which I filled completely with RV sealant, inserted, drilled 4 holes and screwed on. Of course more sealant around the gasket and bolts. I've had loads of rain and wind and haven't had any issues with leaks so I'd say it does its job well and looks good.
